Longmont Daily Times-Call
Walter L. “Moe” MULHALL
of Loveland, formerly of Longmont, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2006, at the
Denver V.A. Medical Center. He was 59.
Mr. Mulhall was born Nov. 28, 1946, in Longmont to Joseph
P. and Ruby E. (Vick) Mulhall.
He was raised in Longmont and attended Longmont High
School. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps, serving March 24, 1966, to
March 6, 1968.
Mr. Mulhall was an electrician working in residential and
commercial construction. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars
Post 41 of Loveland and Longmont Moose Lodge No. 1548. He also enjoyed
small-game hunting, drag racing and NASCAR.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Mulhall is survived by a son, Nick Mulhall of
Loveland; a brother; a sister; and his former wife, Dusty Rick and her
husband Tom of Loveland.
A graveside inurnment service will be held at 11:30 a.m.
Friday, Aug. 25, at Foothills Gardens of Memory. A reception for family
and friends will follow the graveside service at Longmont Moose Lodge,
2200 Pratt St. Cremation was handled by Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and
Crematory.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to
the Walter L. Mulhall memorial fund and sent to Ahlberg Funeral Chapel,
326 Terry St., Longmont 80501.
