LONGMONT -- Joseph T. Ward, author of "Dear Mom: A Sniper's Vietnam," an autobiographical account of his experience as a Marine Corps Sniper in Vietnam, will autograph copies of his book from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Waldenbooks in the Twin Peaks Mall, 1250 S. Hover Road.

Ward grew up in Longmont and is a graduate of Longmont High School.
