Susan is a retired
teacher living in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is married to Gary Jones from
Tucson, AZ. They have lived in Las Vegas for twelve years. She
graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a B.S. in
Education, a double minor in music education and psychology,
with post-graduate work at UNLV.
Susan's teaching
career consisted mainly of teaching English as a second language to students
from all over the world who came to Las Vegas. |

Susan has four
grandchildren by Gary's daughter and husband, and her own child, Mark Waffensmith, son of '65 graduate of LHS,
Steve Waffensmith, now of
Pennsylvania: One grandson, Mark Waffensmith Jr., lives in Tucson,
Arizona along with his father, Mark Waffensmith Sr. Little Mark will
be five in July, 2002.
Husband Gary was an
"on-the-road musician" for twenty years, opening for Vince Gill, Reba
McEntire, Michael Martin Murphy, and many others (including California
rock bands).
He works for the Las Vegas PBS station now as an audio
engineer. Susan's brother, Terry Roulier, is also a retired high
school teacher in Loveland, and who now teaches at the junior college in
Ft. Collins, Colorado.
Susan would welcome any
and all friends and acquaintances from Longmont, Loveland, and Greeley
