Greetings! I wanted to add my name to those who were in the service
during the Vietnam War. My service began while we were still in high
school when I enlisted in the National Guard in Longmont. I was a Guard
member until July 20, 1967. At that time I enlisted in the United States
Navy. (Of personal interest, but no real significance is the picture of
me in the Longmont history book. I say that it was of no real
significance as my service was certainly far less significant than many
who served during this time.)
